Terms of use

The rules for using Wave Radar (waveradar.us), including membership and refunds. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. Last updated 26 October 2026.

Who we are

Wave Radar is operated by LH Buyer Technology LLC (“we”). Contact us at [email protected]. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Research software, not investment advice

• Wave Radar provides market data, technical structure (Wave, Chan, Fibonacci levels), options positioning, valuation estimates, statistics and AI-written summaries for research and education.
• Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, a solicitation, or personalized investment, tax or legal advice. We do not manage money or place trades.
• Signals, levels, win rates and backtests describe the past and can be wrong, delayed or incomplete. Markets can move against any analysis.
• You make your own decisions and are responsible for them. Consider talking to a licensed adviser before investing.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to buy a membership. Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself.
• An account is for one person. Do not share or resell access.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Membership and payment

• Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the pricing page. Prices can change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. A card purchase can renew automatically if you choose that; other methods buy one period.
• You can turn off automatic renewal at any time in your profile. You stay a member until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

• You can ask for a refund at any time during a paid period by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account.
• We refund the unused part of the current period, prorated by day, based on the amount you actually paid (after any discount code). Example: on a yearly plan cancelled after 73 of 365 days, we refund 292/365 of what you paid.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your membership ends when the refund is issued, and automatic renewal is turned off.
• Periods that have already ended are not refunded.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• scrape, bulk-download or copy the site's data or content with automated tools, or resell or republish it;
• get around usage limits, paywalls or security measures, or access other people's accounts;
• interfere with the service, overload it or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• use the site to break the law or to present our analysis as personalized investment advice to others.

Content and data

• The site, its software and its original content belong to us. You may use them for your own research.
• Market data and some charts come from third parties and are covered by their terms. AI-written text is generated automatically and can contain errors.
• Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Changes to the service, suspension and ending

• We may change, add or remove features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid account without such a reason, we refund the unused part of the period as described above.
• You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Disclaimers and liability

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date at the top. For a significant change we will also note it on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
